Nikesh is not just about the asset side. He is also a trustee and non-executive director of two major DB and DC pension schemes in the UK.
Nikesh is an actuary by training – a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a Chartered
Enterprise Risk Actuary. He holds qualifications from the London School of Economics and Oxford University’s Said Business School.
Gerard is an actuary with over 20 years’ experience advising public and private companies in getting the best from their pension and employee benefit arrangements. He is a veteran of “big consulting” who forms strong working relationships with his clients.
Gerard is renowned for his commercial mindset and is a strong believer in helping pension scheme stakeholders work together to agree and realise a common goal.
Gerard has been a fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries since 2004 and holds a degree in Actuarial Mathematics & Statistics.
Adam is the founder and former CEO of Clara-Pensions, the first and only DB superfund to complete the Pension Regulator’s assessment process.
Adam has worked in financial services for over 25 years. Before bringing his passion for innovation and growth to UK pensions he was an investment manager and investment banker.
Adam studied finance in his native South Africa and received his law degree from University College London. He then spent his whole career working with numbers.
